Return/Exchange Policy

For products that are eligible for return, you can return within 7 days of receiving the product. If 7 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return/Exchange Policy:


We accept returns in following cases only.

1.  Returns/Exchange will be accepted only if the product is damaged 

Most of the sarees are handloom sarees, so thread missing, thread knot and small holes at the end of the border both sides of the sarees are not considered as damages.


2.If you received a different product than what you have ordered

Customers are requested to understand that the material/color of the products that appears in the images might slightly vary due to photographic/lighting effects.


3.Customers are requested to reject the courier if the parcel is torn or damaged at the time of delivery.

 

4. We request the customers to take video when unboxing the courier, so that if any damages customers can use it as a proof to send return/exchange request to our customer support team by mail or WhatsApp.

 

Reasons for which no returns shall be accepted

1.    Description Disclaimer

   The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.

2.    Color Disclaimer

    While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

3. Condition of the product

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, is used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for the refund. Items must be in their original packaging, assembled and with all labels intact.

4. Missing Unboxing video

    You must submit unboxing video proof to get refund. We can’t process          your refund request without product unboxing video. Because it’s a proof      to us. 

5. Time period

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is not eligible for the refund.


A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.

It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.

1.    Customer need to bear the shipping cost while returning the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of Initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2.    In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.


Procedure for Returns or Exchange

·    Please drop us a message within 48 hours to our whatsApp number 8328364307 that you wish to return a product with the reason and video proof for Return/Exchange. Our team will reply to you with an approval Message containing the instructions and return shipping address to which you need to send back the product. We request you to courier it back to the address we provided and share us the tracking details. 

·    Items must be in their original packaging, assembled and with all labels intact.

·    Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.

       Note: Exchange is only applicable to items of the same value or more, customers are required to top up if any price differences.
