Do you have Physical store in any location?
Yes, We have only one physical sore which is
located in Dharmavaram, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, 533430. It takes 45-60 min and 30k.m.
far from Uppada.
Are you manufacturer/Wholeseller/Retailer?
We are manufacturers. We have manufacturing
department with the capacity of 100+ Weavers. So sarees available at weavers
rates. All sarees are handloom sarees.
What is the main difference between powerloom
and Handloom sarees?
We don’t have any powerloom sections. That’s
why our products have minor weaving errors. Powerloom sarees don’t have any
errors throughout the saree. If you find any it is intentional one. Handloom
sarees have minor errors because of human involvement.
Do I have to pay any shipping or delivery
charges?
For all Domestic orders, shipping charges
will apply according to weight and delivery address location.
Which courier company do you use for delivery?
Within India, We use Professional courier or
DTDC to ship the products.
How do I track the status of my order(s)?
Go to your (professional / DTDC) courier
service provider website and Enter the tracking code. Then you can see the
current status of your order or simply click on the below links and know the
current status of your product(sarees).
